ANTENNA materials were displayed at two key events in Europe to expose the project to a wider audience.
The XIII European Congress of Entomology (ECE 2026), held from June 29 to July 3, 2026, at the Centre de Congrès Vinci in Tours, France, brought together an engaged audience from across Europe. More than 1,400 participants came, united by their interest in the world of insects and their desire to study and preserve it. They were mainly members of the academic community, 30% of whom were students, doctoral candidates and postdocs. The ANTENNA project materials were displayed at the Pensoft booth, where communication experts presented them and the project's progress to congress participants.

On 30 June 2026, ANTENNA’s Biodiversity Forecasting challenge was also showcased during a science communication workshop, “Tiny creatures, lasting impact: Science communication for entomology”, held by Carla Stoyanova from the project communication partner, Pensoft. It was shown as an example of an engaging and accessible way to illustrate the challenges and considerations involved in predicting species abundance.

ANTENNA was also part of The Biodiversity Monitoring Week (BioMonWeek), held on 4-8 May in Montpellier, France. It was the first-of-its-kind pan-European conference on biodiversity monitoring, organised by the BioAgora project in collaboration with Biodiversa+, Alliance for Nature, GBIF and MARCO-BOLO.
As part of a three-day program, experts, policymakers, and other stakeholders gathered to discuss the methodologies, innovations and prospects underlying the various aspects of biosphere monitoring. They had the opportunity to learn about the project through ANTENNA project materials, displayed at the BioAgora booth, and by talking with the staff there.
